Michael O’Hara, born in Granard, Co. Longford, Ireland, passed away November 23, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Mary “Maggie” (nee Cawley); loving father of the late Thomas, Mary, Margaret (Michael) Griffin, the late Michael, William, John, Nora Costabile, Eileen (Daniel) Sugrue, and Theresa; adored Papa of Maureen, Sean, Colleen, Christopher, Connor, Maggie, and Emily; survived by dear siblings Brian, Mary Myles, Eileen Mulligan, Nora Biggins, and Margaret O’Brien; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, November 27th, from 3:00 until 9:00, at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago. Funeral Mass Saturday, November 28th, at 10:30 am, at St. Thecla Church, 6725 W. Devon, Chicago. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Passionist Fathers and Bros Monastery or the Carmelite Monastery. Info 773-774-3333.
